In addition to providing complete power and temperature controls for the new furnaces we manufacture, CM Furnaces also designs and builds custom configurations for all types of high temperature electric heating systems. Power requirements from 5 KW to 1000 KW are accommodated with all components mounted in Nema rated enclosures. Transformers, power controllers, contactors, microprocessor controls, programmable logic controllers, overtemperature instrumentation and thermocouples are supplied as required.
For more complex systems we can provide PC-based control systems with user-friendly graphical operator interfaces, on-board diagnostics, alarm logs and modems for remote access.
Atmosphere control systems are available in conjunction with the power supplies for air, inert and reducing atmosphere applications. CM Furnaces specializes in systems for the safe use of hydrogen in furnaces.
Standard options include pen chart recorders, paperless chart recorders, dewpoint monitors, oxygen monitors, mass flow meters and mass flow controllers.
