Batch catalytic debinding ovens for BASF polyacetal binder system are offered in various sizes for research, development and production. In addition, CM Furnaces supplies air and atmosphere debinding ovens as part of automated pusher systems.

LABORATORY SINTERING
CM supplies a complete line of horizontal tube furnaces for lab-scale research and development of high temperature sintering. Offered with inert and/or reducing atmosphere control and optional vacuum feature. Ideal for CIM and MIM sintering these units are available in three temperature ranges. BATCH DEBIND AND SINTERING
For process development and small production runs CM Furnaces offers batch atmosphere furnaces capable of both debinding and sintering. These units are offered with maximum operating temperatures of 1450°C (2642°F) and 1700°C (3100°F) with either reducing or inert/reducing atmospheres. CONTINUOUS SINTERING
For continuous high temperature sintering of pressed or PIM components, CM offers pusher furnaces in a variety of configurations to accommodate every high temperature sintering application. These furnaces are available from small manually loaded units to large fully automated systems. See the 300 Series for pushers with smaller cross-section tunnels typically used for MIM and CIM. See the 400 Series for larger scale production.
