100 SERIES
The 100 Series is specifically designed for catalytic debinding of BASF polyacetal binder from injection molding of metal and ceramic powders. These are batch debinders offered in four sizes from lab-scale to production level processing. All stainless steel construction with complete control of atmosphere and temperature profiles is standard.

1500 SERIES
Batch hydrogen atmosphere furnaces available to 1450°C (2640°F) and 1700°C (3100°F). These furnaces offer rapid heating and cooling rates due to the hot wall construction with alumina fiber insulation and molybdenum heating elements. in the heated chamber. Standard construction includes complete temperature, atmosphere and power controls contained in a common conservative sized framework.

2300 SERIES
Floor mount box furnaces with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1300°C (2372°F). The 2300 Series are ruggedly constructed for production use. Available in front or bottom loading configurations, these furnaces utilize lightweight alumina fiber insulation and Kanthal A1 or APM ribbon heating elements. Metallic retorts available in the front loading design for atmosphere applications to 1150°C (2100°F).
